Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer (CCNA) to provide on-site support services for our network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Provide proactive first-level support for network-related service requests, issues, and enhancements. - Conduct preventive maintenance as required by the IT Department. - Assist in network-related activities such as testing, hardware acceptance, user acceptance, and preventive maintenance of network devices. - Monitor the status of the network infrastructure using ISJ's monitoring systems to maintain availability and performance. - Coordinate with internal and external partners for service requests, incident escalations, and resolutions. - Prepare Incident Reports to document network outages, root cause, resolutions, duration, and other necessary information. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. - At least 40 hours of technical training related to computer networking within the last three years. - Minimum one year of relevant work experience in providing first-level network support for wired and/or wireless LAN. - Background in Cisco Network Device configuration, basic Fortinet and/or Check Point Firewall configuration, VMware ESXi and vCenter configuration, network monitoring, and physical troubleshooting of network devices. - Training and knowledge in the management and operations of the Cisco DNA Center and ISE solutions. - Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
