Job Responsibilities Manage and lead a high functioning test engineering team. Manage the deployment and testing of IP based voice communications systems. Provide input to program schedules, budgets and management plans. Support development of test plans according to program requirements. Manage the creation and execution of test cases. Manage the design, integration, and deployment of voice communications systems/subsystems for R&S; ATC projects. Generate test reports, problem/defect reports, and mitigation plans. Work with the design team to maintain verification requirements traceability matrix (VRTM). Work closely with the engineering teams based in Europe and North America. #J-18808-Ljbffr
