Our Data Architecture & Engineering team helps clients unlock insights and scale innovation through: Modern data engineering (cloud platforms, modern databases, real-time/streaming solutions) Data visualization Machine learning and AI As a Data Analyst and Integration Specialist , you’ll work with a collaborative team of Architects, Engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions. You'll support enterprise data transformation by designing scalable data models, enhancing data governance, and ensuring successful data migration. What You’ll Do Support data modeling and design efforts across domains like Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer accounts. Implement data mapping strategies for Salesforce and operational data systems. Develop automated, repeatable data transformation and migration processes. Create and execute data validation and quality tests. Interview business users to gather requirements and document data lifecycles. Contribute to data dictionaries, metadata models and lightweight governance frameworks. Collaborate on analytics model redesigns to support organizational strategies. What You’ll Bring 3+ years of experience in data analysis, modeling, or business intelligence. Strong SQL skills Familiarity with ETL tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell). Experience with data mapping, transformation, and post-migration validation. Understanding of data governance principles and best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Nice to have: Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, or related tools. Nice to have: Experience with Snowflake, Pyspark, dbt, and modern data stacks.
