We are hiring the best talent for Market Quality Senior Manager for the Northern Cluster to be located in Bogotá, Colombia **(Global Mobility Relocation** **Not Applicable).** **Purpose***:As the Market Quality Senior Manager you will guarantee that all products conform to existing quality requirements, standard operating procedures, and government regulations and adheres to all good manufacturing practices. **Key Responsibilities**: - Leads the Business Quality Organization in the cluster to be a strategic and value - added partner by managing risks and enabling commercial business. - Establishes and leads the overall quality management framework and quality system for the cluster; - Ensure MD comply to local Health Authority regulations and J&J; policies and standards. - Ensure a pro-active and preventive approach through CAPA and risk management processes. - Build insights and implements initiatives to increase our customer centricity - Partner with the Cluster, Regional and Functional Community, Business Leaders, Process Owners and Project Teams for Quality and Process Improvements and to ensure a reliable supply of the best healthcare solutions and products. If you have experience in building, leading and developing a diverse team, this is the right opportunity for you! ***: **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree, Master is desirable. - Over 10 years combined experience in Quality and/or Regulatory affairs will be desirable. - At least 5 years’ experience in the Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical Industries. - Extensive knowledge and understanding of healthcare regulation. - Experience of working with regulatory authorities and understanding how MD/Pharma companies are supervised and governed. - Experience in how to find opportunities, risks and establish improvements and actions. - Experience in engage multi-functional areas to work in common goals. - Strong Partner Management Skills. - Proficient in English and Spanish.
