**Long Description**: **Principal Accountabilities** - In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:_ - Control of Receptions and Inventories in warehouses of customs agents. - Coordination with Customs Agents, Carriers, Finance, Costs for Imports making. - Process supervision of customs agents Importation - Authorization to customs agents of Import Licenses. - Billing revision of customs services suppliers. - Processing of legal licenses for Importation. - Charge Importation Costs in system. - Maintain updated certifications and training as required by the company, ensuring compliance and support to strategic performance (EMS certifications, Epson U courses, etc.). - Enhance strategic and influential communication skills, with emphasis on executive meetings, presentations, and message delivery. - Report extraordinary events regarding to Colombia operations and closing operative reports to regional manager. - Promote continuous improvement projects for Epson Colombia, focused on operational gains, increased efficiency, and enhanced automation. Other various and/or in collaboration with other areas: - Provide arrival dates of products for sale. - Accountancy of importation folders, payment requests of logistics suppliers. - Payment request of Import Taxes. - Payment for services and load tracking. - Product entry coordination and inventory control. - Control of the Logistics Costs (when applicable) - Control of the importations, deliveries and exportations status. - Management reporting, meetings, inventory control (make monthly cyclic inventories) - Verify that the controls and procedures are updated with the Japan format and are applied in the warehouse (when applicable). - Implement prevention plans for damages, losses and robberies. - Revision, negotiation and update of the Services contracts with suppliers. (when applicable) **Main Requirements**: - + 3 years of experience leading logistics and operations teams - Strong knowledge of logistics: Management of 3PL operators, customs, and import/export processes - Completed university degree, preferably with coursework in logistics - Intermediate English (desirable) - Advanced Excel skills - Proficiency in Power BI and SAP **Minimum Experience Requirements**: - B - Requires some specialist or admin experience (2- 5 years) **Job Segment**:Logistics, Supply Chain Manager, Supply Chain, Compliance, Warehouse, Operations, Legal, Manufacturing
