Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner, B1 / B1H English level. Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; able to be a team-player. Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives. Ability to be creative and resourceful in finding effective solutions to problems and situations; the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining very high standards and meticulous attention to detail.
