Job Description The Agreement Manager Associate is responsible for reviewing, analyzing and approving Special Price Requests utilizing data analytics generated from DGS within an Industry Affinity model and within Delegation of Authority Limits. As directed by the relevant Global Agreements Manager and with moderate supervision, this individual will utilize standard analytical tools, Policies & Procedures to drive data driven decisions when approving and/or renewing Customer Special Price Agreements. You will report to the Manager, Global Temporary Agreements, GRM Location: Bogotá, Colombia (Hybrid Schedule). Essential functions: Utilize data driven analytics via DGS to review and approve special pricing requests within stated Delegation of Authority limits and Internal Control policies and procedures Interface with Sales, Distributors, Product and Business Unit Managers for the purposes of escalating Special Price Requests and provide data driven facts to support your recommendation Execute Outlier Management initiatives within stated guidelines Analyze data and make pricing recommendations for temporary, project related agreements Achieve AOP Price Variance goals Support Sales in the planning and execution of negotiations Leadership: Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions Exhibit sound judgment in pricing business case reviews within a data driven culture Demonstrate pricing acumen and make fact-based recommendations Devise data supported business cases when escalating pricing recommendations for management and/or Business Unit review Act as a change agent as the function deploys new tools & processes Communicate with and present to all levels of internal and external customers Display an ability to work independently and also as part of a team to reach goals Act with a sense of urgency and discipline when helping to close customer opportunities Interpersonal: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally across all levels of the organization Demonstrate cross functional partnering and work effectively across company boundaries Display enthusiasm and a passion for learning and continuous improvement Display resiliency in pressure situations and in a changing environment Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team Display professional maturity in all interactions Business: Use statistical methods to analyze data to generate pricing decisions and associated reporting Display an ability to support and communicate your recommendations with data and facts Provide pricing comparisons and analysis utilizing standard analytical tools Be viewed as a key value-add resource by colleagues and peers Familiar with a broad range of computer applications Understand global cross border selling issues (FX, Duties, etc...) Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of distribution channels BASIC EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree At least 3 years general experience in similar roles. Advanced English level.
