We are changing the trajectory of human health, YOU CAN TOO. **We are searching for the best talent for SAFE FLEET COORDINATOR to be in Bogotá, Colombia.** **Purpose**:Ensure safe fleet programs and culture in the J&J; community, supporting the drivers and generating routines that empower and educate the drivers to be safe using their vehicles always in a compliant way. ***: **You will be responsible for**: - Develops routine daily schedules. - Communicates daily with the drivers in the field in order to modify routes. - Monitors and maintains information in tracking system. - Sets up of new user system access. - Expedites and collects information on customer problems or transit issues. - Resolves issues with vendors, managers or other relevant groups. Performs customer specific tasks and build adhoc reports as requested by customers and supervisor. Provides accurate follow-up to ensure accuracy. - Investigates and resolves customer issues. - Coordinates invoice payment and suppliers. - Provides administrative support to manager and members of the fleet administration team. - Own the audit processes related with Safe Fleet - Develop the programs to better address Safe Fleet Protocols - Admin the 3rd party providers related with Safe Fleet **Qualifications** **Qualifications and requirements**: Education: Bachelor´s Degree. Experience: Experience in administrative process.
