Description and Requirements Job Description: Sales role in Bogotá, responsible of managing and maximizing the business with the assigned accounts. Also responsible for seeking new clients. Daily contact with key decision-makers within the carrier & retail accounts assigned to, in order to ensure successful sell-in and sell-out. The candidate will be responsible for growing Motorola’s share within the carrier accounts assigned to by working with Marketing & Trade to develop both BTL and ATL campaigns, creating channel incentive promotions, forecast, planning and negotiating with carrier decision-makers to increase sell-in and sellout. Position Requirements: Sales experience in technology companies. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer / Business Administration or other relevant areas. Be able to build a strong value proposition and effectively navigate in order to execute the plan. Ability to work in a changing and dynamic environment. Be willing to travel. Advanced Excel knowledge. Team player. Results oriented. Fluent in English. Excellent communication skills. Preferred previous job experience in sales in: Smartphone, Telco, and or Retail industries.
