We're hiring a detail-oriented communicator to help train our AI assistant, Fin, and manage knowledge resources that support our customers and internal teams. In this role, you'll: Maintain and update both internal and external Help Centers Conduct daily training sessions with Fin to improve AI accuracy and response quality Analyze support tickets to identify gaps and update technical documentation accordingly Write clear, concise content that translates technical concepts for both technical and non-technical users Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure support resources are aligned with product updates You should have: Previous experience training AI chatbots (e.g., Fin, ChatGPT, Zendesk bots, etc.) is highly desirable.
