We're hiring a detail-oriented communicator to help train our AI assistant, Fin, and manage knowledge resources that support our customers and internal teams. In this role, you'll: Maintain and update both internal and external Help Centers Conduct daily training sessions with Fin to improve AI accuracy and response quality Analyze support tickets to identify gaps and update technical documentation accordingly Write clear, concise content that translates technical concepts for both technical and non-technical users Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure support resources are aligned with product updates You should have: Previous experience training AI chatbots (e.g., Fin, ChatGPT, Zendesk bots, etc.) is highly desirable. Familiarity with Intercom is highly preferred Solid technical understanding (APIs, support platforms, etc.) Strong English writing skills with a focus on clarity and simplicity Experience with technical writing or support documentation Availability to work with at least 4 hours overlap in Central Standard Time (CST) Basic knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus Salary & Benefits $2,000-$2,500 USD per month/depending on your location and skills/experience 11 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year's Day Paid Off Our Recruitment Process Step 1: Initial screening call with our recruitment team Step 2: Assessment to showcase your skills (if applicable) Step 3: Final interview with our Hiring Manager Step 4: Offer extended Life at Search Atlas Group
