As a trusted advisor, the Business Manager serves as a counterweight to Business heads, identifying and mitigating risks. They optimize performance by driving initiatives and developing business strategy. We seek a growth-minded Business Manager to partner with our Latin America regional team. This role involves close collaboration with Payments senior management and presents opportunities to work with various stakeholders across the organization. This position requires strong quantitative skills, effective communication, and the ability to present complex information in a compelling manner. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and have excellent analytical and numeric skills. The key responsibilities of this role include: - Acting as the primary point of contact for front office and support functions to achieve business objectives - Creating senior management presentations, project execution, financial performance reports, or townhall presentations for the Payments business - Communicating the business strategy, performance, and priorities globally, providing strategic analyses and reporting to facilitate business progression - Supporting business head through budgeting, forecasting, and expense management processes - Collaborating with country heads and business transformation on annual investment plans, including preparing monthly financials and building multi-year business cases - Organizing complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques - Providing responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
