Job Title: Pre-Litigation Case Manager Work Modality: Remote. Employment Type: Full-Time Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities: - Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake to resolution. - Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather necessary documentation. - Coordinate medical treatment and ensure all records and bills are obtained. - Work closely with attorneys to prepare demand packages and negotiate settlements. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files in the case management system. - Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on all case-related matters. - Liaise with insurance adjusters and medical providers as needed. Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in pre-litigation case management, preferably in personal injury. - Strong understanding of legal terminology and processes related to personal injury claims (this a preference) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
