Technology Merger and Acquisition Lead This role involves coordinating merger and acquisition activities, ensuring a seamless integration process for the company's technology systems. The Technology Merger and Acquisition Lead will be responsible for screening acquired companies, facilitating communication between internal technical teams and business users from newly acquired firms, and organizing data templates for data migration. - Screening Acquired Companies: Conduct thorough technical assessments of acquisition targets to evaluate their technology stacks, ERP data structure, and data management practices. - Technical Due Diligence: Collaborate with Sys Admin and Architecture teams to perform comprehensive technical due diligence, identifying potential risks, opportunities, and integration challenges. - Stakeholder Communication: Establish effective communication channels between internal technical teams and business users from the newly acquired firm to ensure smooth information flow and alignment of expectations. - Data Migration Planning: Develop and implement data migration strategies, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of data from the acquired company to our systems. - Integration Support: Provide ongoing support during the integration process, addressing any technical issues that arise and ensuring seamless integration of systems and processes. - Coordinate with System Administration and Architecture teams on execution of system updates and changes. Key Skills and Qualifications: - Professional-level fluency in English. - Bachelor's degree in information systems, or related discipline. - Minimum of 8 years of experience with Technology Data Migrations. - Proven experience in requirements gathering and discovery with SME, End users, and stakeholders. - Ability to write SQL Queries. - Strong Excel skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Project management skills. - Keen attention to detail. - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; preferred. - Familiarity with finance and project-based business processes and experience working with finance and accounting teams and technologies.
