This is a full-time role as a Media Buyer. The Media Buyer will primarily be responsible for campaign building and execution within Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager. They will also be expected to utilize analytical skills to optimize media campaigns and to directly communicate with clients when issues arise. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution. Job Description: The Paid social media Buyer will support the media buying process with daily campaign builds and set-ups across various social media platforms. They will support the following tasks: Campaign Set-Up: Build campaigns in the following platforms: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube (Google Ads Manager), TikTok, and Spotify. Input and manage campaign settings, including naming conventions, targeting, budgets, schedules, optimization objectives, etc. Implement ad creatives ensuring all ad assets meet platform requirements and best practices. Campaign Management: Monitor live campaigns to ensure they are running smoothly. Troubleshoot any issues related to ad delivery or performance. Communicate with team members to clarify campaign requirements and raise issues/concerns. Use project management tools to properly track all campaign statuses for team visibility. Lean on the media buying team for training and questions to avoid set-up mistakes and promote success. Work closely with the campaign reviewer to ensure accurate implementation of campaign details. Qualifications: Basic knowledge of media planning and media buying; training will be provided. Understanding of media language and metrics is required. Meta Ads Manager experience is required. Google Ads and TikTok Ads Manager experience is preferred, but not required. Proactive attitude with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to maintain quality customer service. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. Additional Information: This media buying role focuses on executing global campaigns for the music industry designed to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions for a diverse roster of artists and their releases across all genres.
