Dental Software and IT Solutions Partner This role requires frequent travel to attend co-travels, dental trade shows, regional meetings, and customer-facing events. You should be located in the Central time zone and within an hour of a major airport hub. The successful candidate will have strong sales acumen, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will thrive in fast-paced environments, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for educating and empowering others. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a subject matter expert and ambassador of the Software and IT Solutions department. - Build trusted relationships with the sales force and act as their go-to resource for portfolio-related inquiries. - Co-travel with Territory Sales Representatives to educate customers and curate qualified leads. - Coach Territory Reps to ensure lead submissions are accurate and detailed. - Develop and deliver compelling content for customer-facing and sales-facing presentations. - Attend regional meetings and sales forums in person. - Act as a liaison between the Software and IT Solutions team and the sales force. - Collect and share customer success stories to enhance awareness and support our portfolio. - Assist with writing and submitting content for customer-facing sales materials. - Utilize CRM, JIRA, Qlik, and Excel to track, manage, and report on leads and sales metrics. - Ensure seamless communication and documentation within CRM and JIRA for efficient lead management. - Support Software Sales Consultants to ensure leads are followed through on and assist with advancing sales opportunities to closure. - Contribute to department revenue goals by driving lead generation and supporting sales success. - Stay informed on market trends and suggest new product launches or vendor partnerships. - Provide backup support for the Software and IT Solutions Product Manager as needed. Requirements: - Clinical or dental office experience preferred. - Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing required. - Experience with public speaking preferred. - Able to travel up to 60-90% to attend co-travels, dental trade shows, regional meetings, and customer-facing events. - Must be located in the Central time zone and within an hour of a major airport hub (Denver, Dallas/Ft.
