Office Administrator (Bogota, Colombia) Join a winning team responsible for driving the Latin American treaty reinsurance business into the next dimension.Based in Bogota. DISCOVERyour opportunity What will your essential responsibilities include? ·Assist the Office Manager in overseeing office operations and administrative functions ·Prepare and maintain documents, report, virtual library and presentation as needed. ·Support with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing andexpense tracking ·Collaborate with Finance department to ensureaccurate record-keeping. ·Help coordinate office activities and events to foster a positive work environment. ·Coordinate the commercial agenda for the team ensure booking the flights selected for each one and the hotels according to the Travel Policy Company and the allowed rates. ·Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors. ·Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. ·Assist the Office Manager up on the coordination of all internal and market events planned in the office ·Assist in onboarding from administrative and operational side for new employees and organizing training sessions. ·Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors. ·Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. ·Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors. ·Assist in special projects as assigned by the Office Manager or senior management. ·Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance office efficiency ·The compensation package includes base salary, bonus and benefits and will be set according to the candidate skills and experience. SHARE your talent We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: ·Minimum 1year of work experience in an administrative or office management role is advantageous. ·Technical or bachelor’s degree in Business Management , Finance or related field is preferred. ·Very good command of English and Spanish. ·Profiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite ( Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and excellent verbal and writtem communication skills in both English and Sapnish ·Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management. Demonstrates a ‘can do’ attitude, dedication and sense of urgency. ·Abillity to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide an excellent service. ·Comfortable taking ownership for own work and identifying the need for action. ·Able to communicate effectively, explaining complex/specialist matters to team members, and more senior colleagues.
