We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual for the Inside Sales position. This role is essential for ensuring the achievement of defined sales targets in the area by identifying business opportunities and implementing remote contact strategies. Responsibilities: Make cold calls and send cold emails Network to prospect new clients Follow up with prospects to convert them into potential clients Promote the digital platform for the B2B market to corporate clients in the USA Close sales in line with the monthly target set by management Maintain a proper and close relationship with clients by providing support Address clients’ needs and requirements Qualifications: Previous experience in an inside sales role, preferably in the steel industry or a related field. Strong understanding of logistics, scheduling, and lead time management. Proficiency in SAP HANA, PowerBI, and other relevant software tools. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
