Responsibilities: -Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, and onlinechat. - Qualify potential clients by understanding their vehicleshipping needs. - Provide accurate and detailed quotes for autotransport services. - Negotiate rates and overcome objections tosecure bookings. - Meet or exceed daily targets for booked carshipments. Dispatching: - Utilize our CRM (Central Dispatch / SuperDispatch) to manage orders and assign drivers. - Track shipments inreal time and proactively address any potential delays or issues. -Communicate effectively with drivers and clients throughout thetransportation process. - Ensure timely pickup and delivery ofvehicles. - Maintain accurate records of all transactions andcommunications. Customer Service: - Provide exceptional customerservice at all times. - Address client inquiries and resolveconcerns in a professional and timely manner. - Build strongrelationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in theauto transport or logistics industry. - English proficiency B2/C1,excellent verbal and written communication. - Strong communicationand interpersonal skills. - Excellent negotiation and closingabilities. - Proficient in using CRM software (Central Dispatch /Super Dispatch preferred). - Ability to multitask and prioritizeeffectively in a fast-paced environment. - High school diploma orequivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus. - You must belocated in Medellin, Colombia.
