Direct message the job poster from Sainapsis Inc ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a curious, structured, and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our commercial team. Your mission will be to generate qualified sales opportunities with medium and large companies globally—especially those with mature sales teams and strong CRM usage. You'll be the first human touchpoint in our sales process, and a key player in positioning Bridge —our AI-powered business communication platform— as an innovative solution in the global market. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for someone who’s already worked in outbound prospecting and knows what it’s like to approach B2B sales proactively. Ideally, you come from a tech or CRM-related company and are familiar with modern sales tools and consultative approaches. Specifically, you should have: - 1–3 years of experience in outbound prospecting or demand generation in B2B environments. - Previous experience in companies that sell CRM or related technologies (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Zendesk, etc.). - A solid understanding of consultative sales processes and complex B2B pipelines. - Daily experience with tools like CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Hunter. - A functional level of English (minimum B1) — you don’t need to be fluent, but you should be able to research global markets, read technical content, and hold basic conversations with international prospects. Responsability Strategic Prospecting (Outbound) - Research and segment target accounts based on industry, team size, digital presence, and tech stack. - Reach out to decision-makers (Sales, IT, Compliance, etc.) via email, LinkedIn, calls, voice notes, or video. - Execute personalized outbound cadences using tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Hunter. Discovery & Problem Framing - Identify pain points that the prospect may not yet be fully aware of (e.g., lack of control over customer interactions, fragmented visibility, risks from non-corporate channels). - Clearly communicate how Bridge can solve these challenges in a consultative and differentiated way. Opportunity Generation - Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (industry, commercial maturity, tech usage). - Book high-value meetings for the senior sales team and ensure all data is correctly tracked in the CRM. Collaboration with Sales Team - Log key insights and touchpoints in the CRM to support smarter follow-ups. - Participate in feedback and alignment sessions with sales and marketing teams. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US Contractor agreement. We work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Hybrid work based in Bogotá – mostly remote, with occasional in-person sessions.
