About the job The CPFR Specialist will serve as a critical link between our company and our distributors, ensuring alignment of forecasts and inventory management. This role involves analysing sales data, developing accurate forecasts, and collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize the supply chain process. In this role, you will be in charge working with the distributors of Central America, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Uruguay, and Paraguay. You will play a crucial role in the efficient implementation of the commercial and operational strategy in these markets. Key Responsibilities: - Forecast Alignment: Collaborate with distributors to align sales forecasts, ensuring accuracy and consistency. - Data Analysis: Analyse sales data, market trends, and inventory levels to develop accurate demand forecasts. - Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, supply chain) and external partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination. - Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and supply chain performance. - Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in forecasting and inventory management. - Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to forecasts and inventory alignment. About You Experience: - 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management. Soft Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Technical Skills - Relevant experience with Kinaxis and ERP systems. - Power BI and analytics tools. - Microsoft Office Education: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Languages: - Fluent in English and Spanish.
