This position reports to Cluster Sales Support Manager PAEN Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the defined Process Automation channel sales strategy in a specified market scope effectively to improve ABB's market penetration and achieve its growth aspirations in the assigned channel. You will execute channel sales strategies and initiatives within the assigned market to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets, focusing on orders, revenues, growth, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will also contribute to the growth of the sales customer base for the assigned channel. The work model for this role is Hybrid. This position contributes to the Process Automation Channels in Colombia and is mainly accountable for: Implementing the agreed channel sales strategy within the approved budget. Creating offers and proposals for channel partners aligned with broader sales strategies. Reporting progress on channel strategies, plans, and budgets. Conducting analyses on channel activity and resolving any issues that arise. Qualifications for the role At least 5 years of experience in similar positions within Process Automation. Professional experience in sales of Industrial Process Automation in process industries (Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Chemical, Petrochemical, Water, etc.).
