Regional Product and Sales Trainer Manager LATAM Osteobiologics (Bone & Tissue Bank) We are seeking a Regional Product Manager to lead the development, marketing, and management strategy of osteobiologic products (bone and tissue bank) in the LATAM region. This role is crucial for product management, sales, training, and technical support to ensure regional growth and market penetration. Responsibilities: Product Management: Develop and execute strategies for managing and expanding the osteobiologic product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations. Sales and Training: Drive sales growth by understanding market dynamics and providing regular training to sales teams and end users. Market Analysis: Monitor regional market trends, identify opportunities, and craft compelling value propositions. Customer Relationships: Serve as the primary contact for key clients, delivering technical support and resolving issues to foster satisfaction and loyalty. Project Management: Oversee the launch of new products from conception through to market, ensuring timely and aligned execution with business goals. Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all products adhere to FDA and other relevant local and international regulations for osteobiologics. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, R&D, and operations teams to implement the product strategy effectively. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in product management within the medical device industry, especially osteobiology, bone banks, or related tissue products. Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields; graduate studies or certifications in product management are advantageous. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with strong interpersonal abilities for client and team management. Deep knowledge of osteobiologic products, manufacturing processes, regulatory standards, and market trends. Proven results-oriented approach with project leadership skills focused on commercial success. Ability to travel regularly within the LATAM region.
