**Bilingual Account Executive (English/Spanish)**: Remote | Must Work EST Hours | U.S. & South America Focus | Full-Time We’re looking for a **Bilingual Account Executive** to join our remote sales team and drive growth across both the **U.S. and South American markets**. In this role, you’ll own the entire sales cycle—from outreach to close—while building strong client relationships and exceeding revenue goals. If you’re fluent in **English and Spanish**, comfortable with virtual selling, and eager to work across diverse regions, we want to meet you. ***What You’ll Do**: - Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in both English - and Spanish-speaking markets - Conduct virtual sales calls and deliver persuasive presentations tailored to client needs - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client success - Track activities and manage pipeline using CRM tools - Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets ***What You Bring**: - 1+ year of experience as an Account Executive, with a strong track record of closing deals - Fluency in **both English and Spanish** (spoken and written) - Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills across cultures - Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment - Experience using CRM platforms and managing pipelines effectively - Available to work **Eastern Standard Time hours** ***Nice to Have**: - B2B sales experience across diverse industries - Understanding of business culture and client expectations in **both U.S. and Latin American markets** - Prior experience working in a fully remote, cross-border team ***What We Offer**: - 100% remote role with flexible structure and work-life balance - The chance to work with a diverse, international client base - A collaborative team culture with room for growth and performance-driven rewards Compensation Range: $12K - $16.8K
