Product Manager Job Description We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team and drive business growth through strategic product development and management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets, excellent networking abilities, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a 3X funnel based on vendor-set revenue targets - Schedule and drive fortnightly pipeline reviews with the Vendor team - Maintain, update, and ensure Deal Registration status of opportunities from named/non-named end-user accounts and Tier 2 partners' leads - Responsible for initial qualification of leads from cold calls, inbound enquiries, or partner referrals - Independently present vendor solutions to end-users during first meetings (excluding C-level audiences) - Attain certification for Vendor Sales Training - Prepare and/or supervise preparation of quotations - Qualify needs for POCs, coordinate demo units, and pre-sales resources - Set POC objectives with customers based on target loan duration and expected closure within the same quarter - Track and report outstanding loans on a monthly basis - Manage key stakeholders for the line of business - Coordinate identification and development of assigned vendors' Focus Partners - Coordinate and co-deliver updates and training to partners Requirements: - Tertiary education in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent field - Relevant experience with resellers would be an added advantage - A proven track record of consistently achieving and often exceeding sales targets - Experience in ensuring sales forecast accuracy and operational excellence - Excellent networking abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills - Highly motivated, results-oriented, resourceful, with a lot of initiative - Good knowledge and experience about selling Datacenter solutions, servers, storage, backup (Dell, Hitachi, HP) Benefits: - Medical Insurance - Flexi-benefits - Birthday Leave - Employee Care Scheme
