About the Role: Carnegie Oceanic Inc. is seeking a bilingual B2B International Sales Representative to join our Envigado office. This is a fast-paced and high-impact role within our international sales team. You will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, initiating direct outreach across North and South America, and managing the full sales cycle—from first contact to deal closure and post-sale coordination. Your daily activities will include cold calling (60 to 100+ calls per day), LinkedIn prospecting, and conducting video conference meetings with clients across the maritime and industrial sectors. You'll be responsible for securing RFQs, submitting qualified offers, and managing active deals through delivery and payment. The role requires strong research skills—you’ll need to investigate client company structures, identify key decision-makers and technical stakeholders, map out office and fleet locations, and strategically grow our CRM with high-value contact data. This is an ideal position for a self-driven, detail-oriented professional who thrives in outbound sales and can balance both volume and quality in their outreach.
