Brand & Marketing Designer Location: Remote Team: Brand & Content Reports To: Senior Brand Design Manager Salary: $3,000 USD Monthly Hours: 11am to 8pm PST Role Overview: We?re seeking a world-class Brand & Marketing Designer whose portfolio shows polished, innovative, and highly creative work for global brands. You will be embedded with a high-performance SaaS marketing team, collaborating on campaigns that drive measurable impact across digital, social, and brand touchpoints. This is not a ?make a few social posts? role. You will be owning end-to-end campaign creative, from concept through flawless execution, ensuring every asset aligns to a premium, modern brand standard. What You?ll Do: - Own campaign creative across brand, marketing, and product initiatives , from initial concept to production-ready assets. - Deliver pixel-perfect, on-brand visuals for web, email, social, events, and sales enablement. - Work closely with content, growth, and product teams to bring creative ideas to life that elevate the brand. - Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and design systems for consistency across all touchpoints. - Translate strategic goals into designs that engage, convert, and inspire. What We?re Looking For: - Exceptional portfolio showcasing SaaS, B2B, or high-end consumer brand work (campaigns, brand systems, multi-channel creative). - 6+ years in brand, marketing, or creative design roles, ideally with international or enterprise-level brands. - Proven ability to work at speed without sacrificing quality, comfortable delivering multiple formats and variations at once. - Expert in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, motion graphics tools (After Effects or similar). - Strong conceptual thinker with impeccable typography, layout, and color sense. - Confident, proactive, and highly collaborative communicator, able to work directly with marketing leads and stakeholders.
