You will execute warehouse operationsin terms of service, cost, health and safety, quality, fooddefense, sustainability, legal requirements, and policiescompliance. You will also work collaboratively with key internaland external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners toensure effective management, timely solutions, and execution. Youwill also be responsible for activities such as inventorymanagement (i Doc management, stock reconciliation), interfacesmonitoring, track and trace, claims management, invoice management,compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tenderssupport, third-party performance management, and palletsmanagement. How you will contribute You will: - Review and analyzestock inaccuracies and guarantee accurate stock alignment betweenSAP and the warehouse management system based on availableinformation among stakeholders. Analyze and verify capacityutilization, performance and KPI monitoring, and introducecorrective measures in case of missing KPIs and the need to reduceadditional capacity. - Work with our service providers to ensurethe delivery of our trading partners in terms of punctuality andcompleteness, taking into account quality and HACCP guidelines. -Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing, anddistribution activities to ensure shelf-life monitoring andmanagement, support reduction of write-offs, and constantly lookfor opportunities to improve productivity. - Conductproject-related and ad hoc tasks, particularly in connection withcontinuous improvement projects and tenders and peak management. -Build and provide full-cost analysis (yearly budget), risks, andopportunities. More about this role What you need to knowabout this position: Role with the purpose of linking and being abridge between the transportation logistics chain and the business,mainly with sales management, leading presentations and strategiccommunications. Also, leading the execution of the team ofanalysts, taking control of policies, processes, accompanyingaudits; with expertise in project management for efficiencies,costs, and improvements in the chain. Strategic Responsibilities: -Lead the COLEC Outbound Transportation Operation. - Lead and secureCOLEC Service Targets (OTIFs). - Lead the implementation of COLECTransportation BIDs. - Lead the short and long-term development oflogistics operators in Operation, Automation, Digitalization, and Sustainability. - Define and accompany the implementation oftransformation/digitization projects in COLEC. - Lead thesynchronization of the Order 2 Delivery process. - Develop thetransport analysts. - Ensure the implementation of the CS agenda inCOLEC. - Lead the development of the DSD/B2B OPL. - Ensure DSD/B2BOPL Contract compliance. Tactical Responsibilities: - Lead meetingswith CS, OM, WH & Commercial on a monthly basis. - Participatein DMS in the Region (COLEC). - Control and secure Fundamentals inthe Region. - Lead the reduction of Returns due to Transportablecause. Ensure compliance with the CA & AC. - Ensure compliancewith CA and C2S in COLEC. - Ensure Documentation andstandardization of Outbound processes in COLEC. - PresentDashboards of operational results COLEC Transportation. Education / Certifications:Academic background in Engineering, Business, Management,Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or related fields. Jobspecific requirements: - At least 5 years of experience leading theE2E of the transport logistics operation at a regional level,and/or in a multinational company. - At least 2 years leadingand/or developing operational teams. - Strong business perspective,with a growth mindset. - Organization and structure. - Strongcommunication skills, excellent level of relationship withstakeholders in other geographies. - Intermediate English. -Analytical skills, with data visualization and reporting tools suchas PowerBI, Tableau, etc. Work schedule: Hybrid in Cali, Colombia.
