Job Title: Facilities Manager The Facilities Manager will be responsible for providing a world-class environment that will allow our teammates to be their best at work. This includes managing the physical security operations of the site, implementing the safety program of the company, and acting immediately to correct any unsafe act or hazards that pose risk to TaskUs employees. - Must be able to review data and make relevant management decisions. - Comfortable interacting with all levels of management in multiple areas and discussing business financial strategies and insights. This role requires at least 7 years experience in property or facilities management. BPO/Corporate or Hospitality experience is a plus factor. Knowledgeable with PEZA, BOI, and general government licensing is also required. Main Responsibilities - Reviewing financial reports related to Facilities management. - Providing technical specifications and reviewing computations as necessary.
