Reporting to the Marketing Operations Group Lead, this role manages project timelines, coordinates assets, and streamlines communication between copy, creative, demand gen, and marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and understanding of digital marketing workflows. Key Responsibilities Campaign Coordination & Workflow Management Traffic and manage digital advertising projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met. Serve as the main contact between internal teams (copy, creative, demand gen, analytics) for ad campaigns. Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and escalate issues as needed. Use Asana to assign tasks, track progress, and manage deadlines across teams. Ensure stakeholders meet project milestones and manage interdependencies within workflows. Asset & Content Management Organize and distribute creative assets, copy, and specifications for digital campaigns. Ensure assets meet platform requirements and brand guidelines before launch. Coordinate approvals and revisions with stakeholders. Centralize project assets in Asana for easy access and visibility. Communication and Collaboration Act as a liaison between teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals. Provide regular updates on project status and potential bottlenecks. Document timelines, specs, and asset schedules in Asana. Process Optimization & Reporting Identify and implement process improvements for campaign efficiency. Assist in tracking and reporting campaign performance with analytics teams. Organize and archive campaign assets for future reference. Use Asana’s reporting tools to monitor workflow and identify areas for improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years in marketing project management, traffic coordination, or digital advertising operations. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid media platforms is a plus.
