Main purpose of position Currently we are looking for a Finance & Asset Manager in Bogotá, Colombia to be part of ourglobal team working together towards our vision – Improving ourfuture. As our Finance & Asset Manager you will assist the VPof Finance & Asset Management for Latam to lead and develop theasset management function, including managing part of the currentteam composed of 5 professionals. Main responsibilities - Ultimateresponsibility and accountability for Project Company managementfrom Financial close to end of project life. - Monitoring ofproject level profit & loss (P&L;) activities to ensure thatthe power plants are delivering expected financial returns,analysis of P&L; variance, CF Forecast and solar plants budgetreview. - Update the Financial Models as and when required by the Financing Agreements; prepare and update necessary periodicfinancial and cash budgets and carry out the budget-to-actualvariance analysis. - Contract Management – manage and administerall contracts between the project companies and third parties (EPC,O&M;, MSA, IA, Lenders, etc.). - Preparation of information forquarterly Board meetings. - E&S; Management during operations:ensuring that the Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP)for operations is developed and implemented, following upnon-conformances, corrective actions, and reporting. Together withCLO, maintain Stakeholder Engagement plan and Grievance mechanism. Development and execution of community development projects. -Monitor bank guarantees for energy contracts. - Manage third partyresponsible for CCEE (Câmara de Comercialização de EnergiaElétrica) reporting. - Support on preparation and conducting the Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Indicatives (RFIs) processes forenergy suppliers. - Elaboration of a proposal summary report withthe qualification of the offers for making a purchase decision. Qualifications and competencies - Graduation in finance, Business,engineering or equivalent - Proficiency in understanding andbudgeting cashflows - Proficiency in understanding financialmodelling and analysis - Master Microsoft suite and Businessintelligence tools - Experience minimum of 5-7 years relevant workexperience in similar position, preferably from an internationalenvironment - Experience from managing large-scale renewable energyprojects - Desirable experience with the Brazilian energy tradingmarket - Language: Fluent both Spanish and English, written andspoken Personal characteristics - Predictable: demonstrate clearcommunication and listening skills, shares information in an openand honest way. - Driving results: demonstrate determination,pro-activeness, can prioritise and work independently. -Changemaker: demonstrate entrepreneurship, can challenge, fastlearner, take initiatives and adjust. - Working together:demonstrate teamwork, shares responsibilities, can compromise, hasa can-do attitude.
