Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate activities with Sales and Marketing personnel • Facilitate coordination of Sales Proposals and Presentations • Provide administrative support • Lead Assignment and Management • Opportunity Management • Account Management • Data Enrichment, Validation and Uploading • Report creation and maintenance. • Dashboard creation and maintenance Salesforce Administrator Responsibilities: • User account creation and maintenance • Upgrade and configure salesforce systems for optimized integration. • Manage salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups. • Import sales department leads, contacts, and other data. • Maintain the sales cloud, build custom reports, and dashboards. • Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing. • Evaluate and install new salesforce releases, provide training and support. • Document processes, error reports, and changes to field history tables. • Prepare reports for sales and other departments. • Assign territories and quotas to company sales staff. • Coordinate training and scheduling for sales staff. • Maintain supplies of sales presentation materials. • Analyze customer shopping data to optimize sales efforts. • Track quotas and goals of each sales team member. • Enter order information into the company database. • Collaborate with staff members from other departments to optimize sales efforts. • ensure optimal performance of salesforce systems and products. Skills: • Excellent communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite. • Fluent in written and spoken English. • Knowledge of core marketing domains: email, content, CPC, social, events.
