Requirements - Fluency in English and Arabic is required. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Possess local knowledge of news, events, culture, and trends in the Middle East (primarily Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha) and other key markets across Asia. - Experience in leisure-oriented sectors, hospitality, customer service, concierge, or call centers is an advantage. - Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and under pressure. - Strong online research skills and ability to problem-solve effectively. - A 'can-do' attitude, passion for customer service, and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
