We solve the analytics, AI, and cloud puzzle, enabling businesses to drive unmatched innovation and growth. **Travel requirements**:Once a month for a week at client location in Panama for a total of 4-6 months **Responsibilities**: - Responsible to manage and deliver the technical solution to support an organization’s vision and strategic direction. - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project requirements. - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans to effectively manage project timelines and resources. - Ability to multi task, prioritize & lead projects for multiple clients simultaneously - Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. - Monitor project progress and performance, and communicate status updates to stakeholders regularly including Executives - Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness. - Foster a collaborative team environment, providing leadership and support to project team members. - Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices. - Able to lead knowledge transfer & hand over sessions to Latin American technical team working with English speaking delivery team **Qualifications & Prior Experience**: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical project management roles. - Mastery in English & Spanish language in both written & oral communication - Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in Big Data & cloud domain - Managed/ delivered and implemented complex projects dealing with considerable data size (TB/ PB) and with high complexity - Open to Travel to client locations as per Business needs in LATAM area - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and processes. - Excellent communication, leadership, Client handling and interpersonal skills. - Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working with cross-functional teams and external clients. - Experience in handling migration projects - Good to Have - PMP or other project management certifications are a plus **Join our Team and get**: **Job stability** **+ Competitive Salary in US Dollars** **Work Monday through Fridays on business hours** **Weekends off** **Continuous Training and mentoring** **Don´t hesitate, this is your opportunity
