Job Description As a Senior Pharmaceutical Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships with key clients in pharmacy chains and distributors for independent pharmacies. Key Responsibilities - Manage and develop business relationships with key clients. - Implement negotiation strategies and portfolio management aligned with the company's commercial strategy. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities for the business. Required Skills and Qualifications - A minimum of 7 years of experience in key account management roles within the pharmaceutical industry, mainly in retail. - Strong knowledge of pharmacies business model and key clients within the Colombian market. - Experience in eCommerce within the Colombian market. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
