Job summary We are looking for an O2C Specialist- Collection with at least 3 years of experience in Financial, collections areas to work in hybrid modality from Bogotá, Colombia. Responsibilities - Perform collection, in compliance with defined policies and procedures - Proactively manage and performance collection activities - Client Master Data maintenance, ensure accuracy of the Client Master Data in the ERP system - Perform month-end closing activities, accounts reconciliation and analysis - Accurately and timely perform all activities, according to the guidelines received from Team Leader Skills - University/College Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics - Minimum 3 year of experience in similar positions - Good command of English and/or Portuguese (both verbal and written) - Knowledge of accounting rules - MS Office knowledge - Good communication and skills and ability to work in the team Benefits - Pathways for career development - Work with colleagues and clients around the world on interesting and challenging work. - Continuous development is supported through global learning opportunities from the TMF Business Academy.
