Job Description: Dedicate yourself to delivering exceptional support to clients across the United States and Latin America. As a critical member of our Global Business Services team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our car leasing solutions. - Customer Interaction: Respond to inbound calls, emails, and tickets from customers in the United States and Latin America. Address inquiries related to our car leasing solutions, including leasing terms, vehicle options, and account management. - Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. Troubleshoot problems related to car leasing processes and escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed. - Communication: Provide clear and concise information to customers. Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor in all interactions, ensuring customers feel heard and valued. - Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, including inquiries, issues, and resolutions, in our CRM system.
