Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain sophisticated financial models and tools to analyze key performance indicators, business drivers, and cost structures.Produce high-quality management reports (e.g., Monthly Flash, Business Reviews, Quarterly Forecasts, and ad hoc reports) with actionable insights.Analyze budget variances, forecast future trends, and identify potential risks and opportunities.Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on in-depth financial analysis and market trends.Mentor junior financial analysts, ensuring the quality and accuracy of financial analysis.Head cross-functional project teams and actively collaborate with department managers to drive process improvements and cost management initiatives.Act as a subject matter expert for finance systems, processes, and tools; assist in troubleshooting and improving system functionalities.Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of financial data through rigorous control measures.Prepare and deliver clear, persuasive presentations and proposals to diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership.Collaborate with business unit leaders to integrate financial insights into overall business strategies.What you will bringUniversity degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are preferred.Typically 7+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis.Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Strong working knowledge of ERP and BI systems; familiarity with tools such as Oracle EPM, Power Query, and Power Pivot is advantageous.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to influence decision-making at senior levels.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive data.If you need any accessibility adjustments, please make sure to mention it in your application. #J-18808-Ljbffr
