As the Headof Project Management & Delivery Services, you will lead ourdelivery function, ensuring the successful execution of complexprojects and programmes. You will manage a team of Project Managersand Scrum Masters, champion Agile methodologies, and overseerelease and change management processes. This strategic rolerequires leadership, technical insight, and stakeholder engagementto drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead,mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Agile DeliveryManagers, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and DeliveryProfessionals. 2. Ensure a culture of collaboration,accountability, and continuous improvement. 3. Conduct regularperformance reviews and support career development plans. 4. DriveAgile adoption across teams, ensuring alignment with Scrum, Kanban,or hybrid frameworks. 5. Act as a champion for Agile principles,facilitating training and workshops to enhance team maturity. 6.Monitor delivery metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time) to identifyrisks and optimize workflows. 7. Oversee end-to-end releaseplanning, ensuring seamless coordination between development, QA,and operations. 8. Govern change management processes, assessingimpacts and mitigating risks to business continuity. 9. Maintainrobust documentation and compliance with ITIL or industry-standardframeworks. 10. Partner with senior leadership and cross-functionalteams to align delivery priorities with business goals. 11. Providetransparent communication on project statuses, risks, andperformance. 12. Manage expectations and negotiate timelines withinternal and external stakeholders. 13. Contribute to theorganization’s delivery strategy, identifying opportunities forscaling efficiency. 14. Anticipate risks and implement proactivemitigation strategies. 15. Stay abreast of industry trends torecommend innovative tools and practices. Requirements 1.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.2. Excellent command of English (written & spoken). 3.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. 4. Collaborativeteam player. 5. Highly organized with strong prioritization skillsacross multiple projects. 6. Experience with Agile methodologiesand tools like Jira. 7. Proven experience in senior delivery roles(e.g., Head of Delivery, Programme Director) within IT. 8. Trackrecord of managing multidisciplinary teams (Project Managers, ScrumMasters, etc.). 9. Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum,SAFe, LeSS) and tools (Jira, Confluence). 10. Experience in releasemanagement and ITIL-aligned change processes. 11. Relevantcertifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). 12. Background in softwaredevelopment lifecycle (SDLC) environments. Skills &Competencies; 1. Exceptional leadership and emotional intelligence.2.
