There's never been a more exciting time to join Deel - the market leader in international payroll and compliance. **We are looking for a Community Lead who will manage our community efforts in LATAM.** In this role, you will plan and execute on a local community strategy, launch programs to engage with our remote workers. Your first market will be Buenos Aires and you will develop specific tactics later on depending on each market in the region. You will contribute in building our global playbooks, providing feedback on local nuances and market dynamics. You will partner with several internal teams like marketing, communications and expansion. You come with an open mind ready to roll up your sleeves and make an impact. You will foster virtual and physical gatherings that help forge authentic connections and camaraderie among our remote workers, and in the process increase a sense of belonging to Deel. We want our community to know we are there to support them and build relationships with them long term. Ultimately we want to track the level of engagement and satisfaction and hopefully rely on word of mouth to grow our business further. **What you will enjoy working on**: - Communicating and supporting the community daily - You will develop content with the support of internal teams that will be used during the events you will host - Hosting online and offline events such as webinars, meetups, or workshops to engage and connect with them on regular basis - Developing deep knowledge of the LATAM remote workers community and becoming the go-to source for all information relating to local insights, needs and trends. - Contributing to a global remote worker story repository that align with marketing and communications needs internally - Supporting the development, execution and scaling of in market pilots to better support our community and drive CSAT - Managing of Community Platform **You will be successful if**: - You have 7+ years experience in community management with proven experience successfully leading a community with strong empathy and enthusiasm - You have a track record of engaging and growing community successfully, organizing events, meetups, online or offline - you are creative with the ability to inspire others - You can launch pilots, be proactive, handle ambiguity, fail, iterate, learn and come up with the right solutions to scale the right programs (process-oriented mindset) - You are self-driven, resourceful, able to flourish with mínimal guidance, think on your feet, and thrive in fast-growing constantly changing environments - You are strategic in your thinking and make an impact on the field, goal driven and with an analytical mindset.
