Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager Location: On-site, Barranquilla Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and optimize our recruitment efforts for our call center operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume hiring, sourcing top talent, and building talent pipelines, particularly in the BPO or call center industry. You will partner with operations and HR leaders to ensure we attract, hire, and retain high-performing customer service professionals who align with our culture and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet staffing goals across all accounts. Oversee full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with operations to forecast hiring needs based on volume ramps, attrition, and new client accounts. Design and optimize recruitment campaigns for high-volume hiring of agents, team leaders, and support roles. Manage relationships with job boards, recruitment agencies, and other sourcing channels. Track and report on key metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, etc.) to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Train and guide recruiters and hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and selection. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role. Proven experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (preferably in BPO/call center). Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to hiring and team management. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders under tight deadlines. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Why Join Us?
