We need a rockstar Sales Manager to take us to the next level. Our outbound sales process begins with a cold outreach effort to property owners in target geographies. We make millions of cold calls and texts monthly in addition to direct mailing and PPC. Once a lead is contacted, they are qualified: do they want to sell their property, and why? Once qualified, leads are transferred to Acquisition Managers who are sales closers responsible for developing the relationship with the lead with the goal that the lead will sell to us. The Sales Manager is responsible for every facet of this process - from marketing to deal closing. Ultimately, the Sales Manager is accountable for a high-quality sales operation that acquires projects on a consistent basis. Roles & Responsibilities - Hire sales ops staff. The Sales Manager will work with our recruiters to make sure only we hire the right people. - Implement an onboarding program that turns high-quality hires into top performers. - Implement a continuous improvement program that coaches and retains top performers. - Oversee an outreach Quality Assurance program to verify we make the most of every lead. - Implement marketing strategies and lead generation campaigns. - Implement sales scripts, forms, and draft supporting documentation. - Establish sales operating procedures and standards. - Accountable for all sales analytics and reporting. - Accountable for our sales tech infrastructure. **Requirements**: - 10+ years’ experience in sales. - 2+ years’ experience as a sales department leader. - Experience with quality assurance and sales auditing required. - Experience implementing improvement plans, coaching, and training required. - Experience with outbound sales or cold call center operations preferred. - Experience with marketing and sales ops software and technology preferred. - Great communication skills. You must be able to communicate technical concepts to analysts and consultants. Pay: $100 per year
