We provide measurable results through performance-based strategies. eStoreLabs is committed to employee development and fostering a positive work atmosphere.Role DescriptionAnalyse client brand positioning, category dynamics, and competitive landscape across Amazon and other US FMCG e-Retailers.Define data-driven and holistic eContent strategies for the client's multi-brand portfolio, tailored to multiple US-based FMCG eRetailer platforms and aligned with the client's brand identity and business goals.Conduct robust analysis from various data sources (client tools) and monitor performance metrics (visibility, conversion, digital shelf KPIs); Analyse and develop sound, well-supported business recommendations for growth. Identify areas for continuous eContent improvement.Collaborate with SEO, creative, and project management teams to ensure effective execution of strategy.Build optimisation frameworks and briefs for eContent creation (product pages, A+ content, brand stores).Lead strategic reviews and Insight presentations to internal teams and client stakeholders.Stay current with organic eContent trends to come up with client business recommendations ahead of the competition.Stay up to date on Amazon algorithm changes, platform trends, and consumer behaviour insights in the CPG/FMCG space.Translate client input and brand guidelines into actionable content and optimisation plans.Analysis of past Seasonal periods and ongoing recommendations for future seasons.Test & Learn - be an active collaborator/leader, providing inputs to ongoing eContent consumer testingConduct client-facing, high-quality presentations, and be able to convince a client of your recommendations.Lead development of eContent best practices and gold standard executions, based on data-based Insights and best-in-class knowledge of eContent trends.Requirements2–4+ years of experience in eCommerce, strategy, or digital marketing - ideally with CPG/FMCG clients.Advanced English Level - at least C1Experience with internal performance tracking tools such as Amazon Brand Analytics, Retail Insights, Search Query Performance, or similar.Strong skills in data analysis and performance reporting.Comfortable working with data from tools like Helium 10, Google Analytics, Share-of-Search platforms, etc.Proven understanding of Amazon content formats (PDPs, A+, Brand Stores) and best practices.Familiarity with eRetail media and how it integrates with content and strategy.Ability to connect content execution with business outcomes (traffic, conversion, ROI).High-level presentation skillsStrong proven analytical skillsAdvanced xls knowledge preferredProject management skillsNice to have:Hands-on experience with retail analytics tools (Profitero, Edge, DataHawk).Exposure to content syndication tools (Salsify, Syndigo).Experience running content A/B tests or working with UX performance feedback.Knowledge of US retailer requirements beyond Amazon (e.g., Walmart, Kroger, Target, Instacart).Familiarity with shopper behaviour research or zero-party data analysis.Preferred, previous experience in eCommerce/eContent Strategy for an FMCG or an agencyWhat We OfferCooperation based on a B2B contract or individual contract through the professional Deel platform for international cooperation26 paid days off from service provision, plus Bank holidays as paid days offOpportunity to work with international brands and to participate in an exciting global projectExciting and friendly work environmentWork in an international team without rigid corporate rulesTraining in eCommerce and development opportunitiesPerformance bonusShorter working day on Fridays!Recruitment ProcessStep 1 Analysis of received applications (CVs) - at this stage, we will select the CVs which will cover most of the features we indicated in the offer, and then contact selected candidatesStep 2: Meeting with HR (online)Step 3: Recruitment interview with a Region Director (online)Step 4: Preparing and presenting the recruitment task (online)Please provide your CV in English.
