The incumbent will be tasked with enabling millions of SMBs and professional businesses in Colombia to get paid or pay globally with Payoneer's fast, flexible, secure and low-cost solutions. Your responsibilities will include, developing merchants network to support local expansion increasing market penetration for Payoneer product and services. Working in a dynamic environment, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and develop new business segments or industries and leverage this to achieve business goals. **What you'll do**: - Accomplishment of targeted sales goals. - Ability to see the big picture, understand the key drivers of the business and how they relate to each other, anticipate future needs to drive profitable growth. - Reaching out to target audiences who have a desire for international growth. - Building and managing an active pipeline of Sales and BizDev opportunities. - Delivering appropriate KPIs beyond revenue and volume. - Working closely with Customer Success Management, Partnerships Management, Marketing, and Operations teams. - Deliver internal feedback for quick wins that have big impact on numbers. **What we're looking for**: - Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or communications. - MBA or MS Degree desirable. - 3+ years of sales, account management, business development or other relevant experience. - Proven track record in leading High Performing teams, meeting and exceeding business established goals. - Expertise in developing business cases, financial analyses, and modeling, analyzing and forecasting the financial impact. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Fluent in English. - High level of organization and focus and ability to work under pressure. - You have a very high energy level and enthusiasm. **Not a must but a great advantage**: - Experience in E-Commerce - Experience in the Payments and Banking industry - Experience with direct sales for small businesses engaged in cross border trade - Experience with digital marketing, affiliate marketing, social media - Experience with data analytics & BI tools
