The key role is to perform business and IT support ofthe financial processes using Oracle Fusion Cloud system. You willparticipate in the planning, end-user collaboration, enhancement,maintenance and support for PSA Group of companies worldwide. ROLESAND RESPONSIBILITIES - Play a significant role in connecting andbridging between the business and global IT for Oracle FusionCloud. - Perform analysis on the business enhancements requirementsand apply knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud and related technologies(such as Oracle Integration Cloud) to propose solutions within thegiven global template. - Develop innovative improvement solutionsand processes, recommends and implement these improvements througheffective stakeholders’ management and communications. - Performand/or supervise changes to the system in accordance to theproposed solution. - Provide 2nd/3rd level support to key-users intheir daily business and resolve Oracle Fusion Cloud system issues,including integrations, reports and customizations. - Liaise withthe experts (internal, external) to resolve the system issueswhenever necessary. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIESProfessional Background - Have knowledge in accounting andfinancial functional processes. - Experienced in supporting OracleFusion Cloud regionally or globally. - High-level appreciation ofend-to-end application support. - Familiar with Service LevelAgreement (SLA) and contractual matters. - Good working knowledgeof Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules, with at least 2 years ofexperience; And/or - Good working knowledge of Oracle IntegrationCloud (OIC) Services, with at least 2 years of experience. Technical Skills - Good functional and supporting skills in theOracle Fusion Cloud Financial business areas, i.e. AR, AP, CM,Intercompany, FA and/or Project Financial; And/or - Strongknowledge of OIC, SFTP, ATP database, Web/REST services, proficientto develop and review OIC Integrations using webservices/RESTServices; And/or - Strong knowledge on SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI,Workflow and proficient to build custom Oracle BI Reports, OTBIreports and SmartView. - Experience in building custom UI screensand workflow approvals using VBCS and WCS is a plus point. BusinessSkills - Good verbal, presentation and written communication tocommunicate effectively with the end users and team members. - Goodunderstanding and able to apply change management. - Good analysisskills to understand the business requirements, to design thesolution, to develop the changes in the system to fulfill theusers’ requirements. - Good vendor contract management skill tomanage group of contract programmer for technical work (formanagerial role only). - Ability to work creatively andanalytically in a problem-solving environment with budgets andschedules. - Able and willing to travel globally occasionally.
