IT Manager ADAMA is seeking an experienced and highly collaborative IT Manager to support the region (Andean: Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru) business within the Latin America organization. This important role will align with our Latam and Global IT organization and will be accountable for developing and implementing IT strategies that support business goals, regionally, and supporting the global and Latam ones. As the IT Manager, she/he will act as a partner, close to the business and IT leadership to understand business objectives and lead initiatives to support business growth through system reliability, security, and data integrity. - Responsibilities - Accountable for establishing and implementing IT strategies to support business objectives & growth for our region (Commercial Unit) according to the drivers and patterns from the Latam and the Global level. - Drive collaboration between internal stakeholders and Latam / Global teams to prioritize initiatives based on customer & business value opportunity - Oversee execution & implementation of new solutions to address business capability gaps and optimization opportunities - Collaborate with other teams to prioritize key IT initiatives, including ERP (SAP), infrastructure, security, and data insight needs - Determine and deliver data insights & reporting needs across all levels of the organization to effectively meet business and customer needs - Support MDG-related activities, including the accuracy and completeness of BPs (customers, vendors) and product data - Assist with the facilitation of day-to-day activities, including the partnership with 3rd party vendors for local service desk, infrastructure, and procurement related to IT - Assist in developing and managing IT related budget and expenditures - Requirements - A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related - Minimum of eight (8) years of IT experience, preferably with leadership experience - Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru - Proven experience in project management and team leadership - Excellent oral and written communication and documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization, including executive leadership - Proficiency in English and Spanish - Experience with SAP ERP (ECC or S/4) - Experience with data visualization software (PowerBI) - Understanding and experience with master data management principles - Understanding of interface protocols - Experience with procuring and troubleshooting IT equipment - Experience working with 3rd party vendors and service providers - Additional Information - Travel: 5-10% - Ability to work remotely
