What you’ll do In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the C-Suite to shape and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment across all revenue-generating departments. You’ll lead and build a global marketing team, foster a culture of innovation, and oversee key communication channels. Your proactive insights will drive improvements in processes, messaging, and brand strategies to support sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Content Management: Oversee the creation, scheduling, and distribution of content across various platforms (website, blog, social media, email, etc.). Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Manage content calendars to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of campaigns. Lead Management: Track and manage incoming leads from various marketing channels (paid, organic, referrals, events). Coordinate the handoff of leads from marketing to sales, ensuring timely and accurate lead assignment. Utilize CRM tools to capture, segment, and nurture leads to optimize lead-to-customer conversion rates. Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Monitoring: Monitor and report on CAC metrics, identifying opportunities to reduce acquisition costs while improving marketing efficiency. Collaborate with the finance team to track marketing spend, forecast budgets, and ensure ROI targets are met for different campaigns. Work closely with the sales team to monitor the marketing pipeline, identifying where leads are getting stuck and optimizing the flow through the sales funnel. Track lead progression through the pipeline, from initial contact to conversion into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). Lead Conversion to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs): Develop and implement lead nurturing campaigns to engage and qualify leads based on defined criteria. Monitor engagement metrics (email opens, clicks, social media interactions) and adjust marketing tactics to increase lead conversion rates. Use marketing automation tools to manage drip campaigns and automated workflows that drive lead nurturing and qualification. Campaign Execution and Optimization: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, events, and email marketing. Analyze campaign performance data (CTR, impressions, conversions) and provide actionable insights to improve future campaign performance. Collaborate with external agencies and partners to manage paid media campaigns and optimize ad spend. Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor strategies. Provide insights on potential market opportunities and areas for marketing focus. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular marketing reports and dashboards to track performance metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline growth. Analyze data to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for marketing improvements. Present performance findings to senior marketing and sales leaders. Brand Management: Ensure that all marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice across all channels. Collaborate with internal teams to manage PR initiatives, partnerships, and influencer relationships that enhance brand visibility.
