Operations Analyst Role We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support our internal operations in Colombia and the U.S. About the Role The ideal candidate will play a key role in people operations, vendor management, HR compliance, payroll coordination, accounting close processes, and general office operations. Responsibilities - Support onboarding/offboarding, payroll updates, and employee benefits - Maintain HR documentation and handle employee questions - Ensure compliance with Colombian labor laws (SGSST, DANE, SENA) - Manage office logistics, vendors, supplies, and internal events - Review invoices, reconcile vendor accounts, and support accounting tasks - Keep internal tools, calendars, and documentation systems up to date - Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications - Prepare offer letters, welcome kits, and onboarding logistics - Maintain hiring documentation and track candidate pipelines Requirements - 2–3 years of experience in HR, operations, finance, or admin roles - Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize under pressure, and meet deadlines - Strong written and verbal communication skills—you know how to write clearly and act diplomatically - High emotional intelligence—you read a room, protect relationships, and act with discretion - Proactive and self-starting—you see what needs to be done and do it Nice to Have - Knowledge of Colombian labor compliance (SGSST, DANE, SENA) - Worked closely with leadership or supported accounting processes Zoe Financial is a successful, well-funded, fast-growing company with a startup work vibe.
