Were hiring a Data Visualization Analyst - Tableau to lead the design, development, and maintenance of interactive dashboards that drive business decision-making. You'll work closely with data engineers, analysts, and department leads to translate raw data into clear, actionable insights. This is a great opportunity for a visualization expert looking to make a direct impact through data storytelling and intuitive design. Key Responsibilities:







Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards across teams (sales, marketing, operations). Translate business needs into intuitive and effective visualizations. Optimize dashboards for speed, usability, and clarity, integrating seamlessly with Snowflake or other data sources. Troubleshoot data and visualization issues, ensuring reliability and accuracy. Collaborate with data engineers to structure and prepare datasets for analysis. Train internal stakeholders on dashboard usage and Tableau best practices. Stay up to date with Tableau capabilities and implement new features where relevant. Document dashboard standards, versioning, and changes for internal transparency. Qualifications:
Strong experience developing Tableau dashboards in a business context. Proficiency with Snowflake and SQL. Solid working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets. Ability to understand business needs and turn them into visual solutions. Comfortable working EST hours in a remote, collaborative team. Clear communication skills and attention to detail. Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with Python or scripting for automation. Background in data analytics or data engineering. Passion for wellness or interest in the wellness industry.
