What We're Looking For- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager. - Advanced Englishis required. - Successful completion of a four-year college degreeis required. - Hands-on experience using Jira to organize and tracktechnical work effectively. - Strong background in managingSoftware-as-a-Service (SaaS) projects, with an understanding ofbusiness operations and processes. - Proven experience inimplementing essential checkpoints, ensuring the validation of taskcompletion among developers. - Proven experience in understandingthe development environment and knowing how to successfully tracktasks/tickets. - Project Management Professional (PMP)Certification from PMI is a nice to have. - Extensive background inteam Leadership. - Excellent communication skills to articulatecustomer goals, success strategies, and key insights to bothinternal and external stakeholders. - Ability to work through newand difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed. -Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and deliveryof applications. - Forensic attention to detail. - A positivemindset and a can-do attitude. - Experience working on Agile /Scrum teams. - Meaningful experience working on large, complexsystems. - Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
