Key Responsibilities We are seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to join our highly successful Latin America - Brasilian Market sales team. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in the company's growth strategy by focusing on outbound prospecting and lead generation. Your Key Objectives - Proactively initiate conversations with potential customers through strategic outreach efforts. - Qualify leads based on defined criteria and determine their potential as customers. - Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for your outbound prospecting efforts. Requirements - Native language fluency in Portuguese AND English. - Experience working with/in the Brazilian market. - Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about succeeding in a metric-driven sales role. - Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in written format. - Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot Sales Hub, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
